I've been wanting to buy some frozen puff pastry to try out but keeps hesitating as I'm not sure of the amount to use and if i thaw them, and still have leftovers. Can I re-freeze them in the freezer again?

didally,
I was actually using Chinatown frozen prata! Hubby loves to eat prata so I have a big pack in the freezer, when I saw my tuna and salmon left untouched for more than 2 weeks on the shelf, I decided to bake them! The prata is frozen, no need to thaw(it will become sticky)just add filling and fold into half.Just take the next time after another until the amount you want. A prata can make 2 small puff. ENJOY!

Sorry, I mean, take the next one after you've done with the first one.You can take one out from the freezer and open your tuna can, then it will be slightly softer, easier to fold also.
